6×7dBi High-Gain Antennas with Signal Amplifier
Six external 7dBi omni-directional antennas — three dedicated to 5GHz, three to 2.4GHz — form a cross-matrix array for full 360° coverage. Built-in high-power amplifiers boost signal strength beyond what standard access points can achieve, extending the 5GHz band up to 300 meters in open line-of-sight. IP67 Weatherproof — Built to Stay Outside
Fully sealed IP67-rated enclosure withstands heavy rain, dust storms, extreme cold, and continuous moisture. 15KV ESD protection guards against electrostatic discharge, and the integrated ground wire terminal provides additional lightning protection — connect it to a proper ground for maximum safety during electrical storms. Note: the PoE injector and power adapter are not waterproof and must be installed indoors.
Power over Ethernet — One Cable Does It All
No outdoor power outlet needed. The WN588HX3 supports both Active PoE (802.3at/af) for plug-and-play with standard PoE switches, and Passive PoE (48V, injector included) for cost-effective long cable runs. A single CAT5E or better Ethernet cable (max 100 meters) carries both gigabit data and power. Mount the device 2–3 meters above ground on a pole or wall using the included bracket, cable ties, and screws.
Everything Mesh — Expand Without Limits
One WN588HX3 covers up to 300 meters. Need more? Deploy multiple units and link them wirelessly with one click via WAVLINK Everything Mesh (waplogin.link or 192.168.30.1). All units share a single SSID — users roam seamlessly as they move across the property without reconnecting. Mesh-compatible with WN586X3, WN583AX3, and WN573HX3. Six operation modes (Router, AP, Repeater, Mesh Router, Mesh Extender, Fat/Fit AP) adapt to any network topology. For large-scale deployments, the WN588HX3 also supports centralized management via a WAVLINK AC controller.
