Mark: How do I get warranty service for the WL-NWU340G? When I plug it into a 10gbit USB-C port, it will not maintain a stable connection. When I plug it into a 5gbit port (what I have been doing for the past several months) the connection is 5GbE and stable, just with much slower throughput. My 10gbit USB-C port runs stable for all my NVMe connected products, pushing the connection to its maximum throughput without issue.
